How it works
Upload it above or email it through. A photo on your phone is fine.
We price your actual usage across retailers and check the bill for errors, wrong tariffs and charges you shouldn't be paying.
You get a plain-English summary of the saving. If you're happy, we handle the paperwork. Your supply isn't interrupted.
When your retailer raises prices or your contract nears its end, we re-check the market and move you again.
Real client, real numbers
Each time their retailer raised prices, we moved them to a better plan, usually within weeks. Over almost three years, that added up.
saved since November 2023: 20.2% less than staying with their previous retailer each time.
Figures to 30 September 2026. Each period's usage (estimated at 300 kWh/day) is priced at the plan we arranged and at the rates of the retailer the client would otherwise have stayed with, including price rises. Rates include GST and discounts; metering, late and card fees excluded. Individual results vary.
What we look at
The cheapest rate on paper isn't always the cheapest bill. We look at how you actually use energy, and what you're being charged for it.
Retail rates priced against your real usage profile.
Usage-tiered pricing compared step by step.
Errors and overcharges that quietly add up.
How we get paid
Most energy brokers are paid commissions by the retailers they recommend. We don't take them. Instead, we charge an agreed percentage of the savings we deliver, set out in writing before you commit.
So our only incentive is finding you the lowest bill, and keeping it there.

Founder & Energy Advisor
Ari has spent more than ten years in the Australian energy industry. He has designed, deployed and operated MW of commercial solar and battery systems, rolled out EV charging for businesses, and negotiated electricity and gas contracts for sites across NSW, QLD, VIC and SA. Along the way he saw too many businesses paying far more than they needed to, simply because no one was keeping an eye on their bills. He started Cheaper Business Energy to change that: independent advice, no retailer commissions, and someone in your corner every time prices move.
“Most businesses don't overpay because they made a bad decision. They overpay because a contract quietly rolled over and nobody noticed. That's the part I want to take off your plate.”
Is this for you?
We may not be able to switch you today, but send us your bill anyway. We'll check it for errors, note your end date and start working on your next contract well before it's up for review.
No. Switching retailer only changes who bills you. Your poles, wires, pipes and meter stay exactly the same, and there's no interruption to supply.
We charge an agreed percentage of the saving we achieve compared with your current rates. The percentage and how it's calculated are confirmed in writing before you agree to anything. If there's no saving, there's no fee.
No. The review is free and there's no obligation. If you'd rather stay where you are, that's completely fine.
Just your most recent electricity and/or gas bill, with all pages. A PDF or a clear phone photo works. For multiple sites, one bill per site is ideal.
We'll be in touch within one business day of receiving your bill. If you go ahead, a retailer switch typically takes a few weeks, depending on your meter read dates.
We'll check your contract terms first. If exit fees outweigh the saving, we'll tell you, and line up your next contract for when the current one ends.
Send us a bill. If we can't beat it, you've lost nothing.
